You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Layer8 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the right to post it.
Prohibited use
Do not identify private individuals, disclose confidential information, harass others, impersonate people, post unlawful or malicious material, exploit the service, evade access limits, or use Layer8 to facilitate attacks against people or systems.
Moderation and termination
We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, comply with law, or maintain the service. Reports are reviewed in context and moderation decisions may be revisited.
